My all-time favorite food at Samo is something called oka, which is basically raw fish that's been, um, that's had coconut cream, that's been put in coconut cream, and then sometimes they'll cut up cucumbers and little tomatoes and little onions and mix it all together, and it's one of my all-time favorite dishes, and I'll put a little bit of lemon juice in there too, and I just think it's super good. Not a lot of people like it at first because of the texture. It's very, it's raw fish, and it's like fresh cut off the, off the fish right in front of you, and, but it's honestly, it tastes the best in my opinion. It's one of the more healthier foods that you'll eat there, and so that's my favorite food.

Besides all the awesome food that is cooked in the traditional Samoan umu, my favourite food to eat when I'm in Samoa is gaufolo, which is basically a mashed breadfruit and it's caramelised with coconut cream and yeah, it's my favourite. My uncle would always make it for me when I'm there. But yeah, gaufolo, try it.

Favorite food, oh my favorite topic. Okay, definitely if you go to Samoa or if you're in Samoa right now. Coco Samoa is the go-to drink, I miss that. Coco Samoa, another one is galo, falifu galo or falifu fai, falifu ufi. Oh my gosh, I would say falifu, I'm such a simple person so I would say falifu ufi with elengi and coco samoa, that's your main course right there. That's your entree, that's dessert and then you know your dinner all in one. See, I also love, I love oka but I'm a little bit picky because our family, we have a certain way of making oka. I don't know what it is but my uncle when he makes oka, so delicious, so delicious and I also love limu which is the sea grapes.

When I first got there and I first tried taro and ulu, or that's breadfruit, I thought it was kind of like just plain and starchy and not that good, but I fell in love with it. Over two years, I just, I love it. They would prepare oftentimes ulu in the umu. It's like the oven that they would do, not always underground, but they would do it with lava rocks. They'd heat them up really hot and then cook it with the rocks. And then they would cook that with this coconut milk, pe'e pe'e, with like canned mackerel called e lengi, so they'd call it fai'a e lengi, and that was super good. I absolutely loved that. I love palusami as well. That's a taro leaf with coconut cream and onions and all that, and you eat that usually with taro and oka. I absolutely love that too.
