Try to not talk with drunk people and avoid them. Stay away from them because you don't know what you can expect from them. And not so much maybe smile outside when you're walking because unless some people in Russia will think something wrong with them if you smile for them or they will think are you know me. You can smile but just not always because it's strange when you smile for people in Russia outside when you're walking outside. Of course if you know this person you can smile.
