On New Year's Eve, it was our version of a party, we decided to try some flaky. And what flaky is, is it's a soup made of either cow intestine or pig intestine. So we bought a jar of flaky from the store called Via Tronca and we heated it up and we ate it. And it smelled like cow pasture, it tasted like one too, but we learned a lot about perseverance by eating that flaky. So that's a fun food, you should try it if you get the chance.
