Travel tips - Philippines Video Transcripts

I don't know. The Philippines is a pretty safe place. At least, I always felt safe when I was there. You do occasionally hear about things happening like that someone got killed last week or something like that in that area. But it's not like you see it out in the open. You don't see Filipinos being aggressive out in the open. And so I guess those types of things just happen behind closed doors. I guess you still need to be careful. One safety tip would definitely be to, when you're getting a ride home, because you usually take tricycles home, or jeepneys, just have them drop you off maybe a block away, not right at your doorstep. That way, word doesn't get out and you don't have everyone knowing where you live.
