Most difficult portion about my training, I think was my head and neck cancer fellowship. That was one year of long, long days, 16 hour days. I was on call, seemingly all the time, but it prepared me for being able to face anything surgically. And like a wise man once said, it's not what you can get into, it's what you can get out of. And I think that's helpful to just put 100% in whatever you do, get as much time and as much experience as you can and not try to scapegoat out of things and try to take the easy route because it's all about time. The more time and hands-on and more cases you see, the better you become and the more confident you feel. So that was probably the most difficult, but yet same, but most rewarding.
