You know, with this one, I think persevering is really the key, you know, with a lot of mental illness, it's, it's good to recognize that you're always going to experience it to some extent, you know, you're never going to keep getting rid of it. I used to think like, Oh, you know, in five years or two years or one year when I'm rid of this, um, then, then life will be good, but it's good to recognize that a, it's, it's probably never going to fully go away, but you can very much lessen it, you know, and what'll, what, what happens for me is I go through periods of time when I hardly get bothered with it at all. And other times when it comes back, comes back really strongly. So it's good to recognize that once you know how to deal with it, it's not nearly as hard to deal with it as you think, but just just know that you'll need to, you know, but take comfort in the fact that you are very much able to.
