So stopping tics is a challenging one because I find that for me when they're happening, you know, when I'm having these intrusive thoughts, they're kind of hard to just stop. You know, some of them you just need to write out. I always try and, you know, use logic to solve them, but that's not always super effective because it's mostly an emotional thing. That can help sometimes, you know, just think, well this really doesn't make sense to do, you know, and if it goes away, great. But just recognize that sometimes it won't and you've really just got to write it out, you know, and it's possible to deal with better kind of in retrospective than in the moment.
