I'd have to say a unique experience as a pianist is that I've had the chance to study classical for over probably 12 plus 8, 20 years I studied. And jazz, and a lot of times they don't mix, but learning jazz and how to read chords and the guitar chords and for keyboard how to voice them, it's allowed me to play in not only rock and roll and country bands, but read the chord sheets at church services and also be in a cappella choirs and love the unique experience I've had.
