One of my favorite websites that I've used to suggest what they pass is called Verse Chorus, or Verse-Chorus. It's just this website for connecting musicians and lyricists and, you know, other like-minded folks with each other. I found some really good collaboration opportunities on there, where I, hey, I wrote some lyrics. I need somebody who do this kind of music that I'm not so good at, and so on. So I would check that out and other sites like that where you can find collaborators. The internet makes that really, really easy.

Oh, there's so many resources out there. You've got Faber, you've got Suzuki Method, you've got Alfred series, there's dozens of them. But personally, from my experience, I would recommend either going to the Royal Conservatory of Toronto Piano Syllabus or Carnegie Hall. Both of them are pretty close with technical and practical standards. They have a lot of really, really good repertoire if you want to really get your chops up, get your muscle memory in your hands, wrists, and forearms developed really well. And it has a lot of good markers, like the split grade levels, to tell you, you know, maybe where you should expect to be at a certain point when, based on how long you've been playing, and find a good teacher who's familiar with those two places, Royal Conservatory of Toronto or Carnegie Hall Syllabus. Both of them are fantastic classical training systems, and I highly recommend either of them.

Every musician should have the Fourscore app. So if you have a tablet or iPad, get Fourscore. It's F-O-R-S-C-O-R-E. It's a place to keep your digital library. So I have right now 31,500 titles, songs. Some of those are books, some of those are individual songs. Admittedly, some of those are just assignments to students, so I keep everything in here. Gone are the days when I would be traveling and have to bring three books and four binders, you know, a backpack full of music. Sometimes I'd bring all that and still like, oh, I wish I'd brought in my whatever binder that had... No, no, everything's right here. And it's really great because you can annotate really easy. You can put slurs and notes and sharps and flats right in the Fourscore. You can send music to students. It's got a metronome. You can make set lists. It's just the perfect app.
