If you're a lifeguard and you want to improve your skills, I have two real big recommended resources. Look at the Red Cross website. They have a lot of videos and a lot of things detailing how to correctly do everything. And look at Pete DeQuincy. He's a guy out of California. He does videos on YouTube that has a lot of lifeguarding drills and training videos that can really help improve your skills.
