When I started as lifeguard, I was making about 14 something an hour, and I ended up throughout my career getting up to about $21 an hour, which is really great, especially for, you know, being a high schooler and just going through college. It was a great source of income. If you're looking at where to get a job as a lifeguard, that's gonna pay better. My experience is if you look at public sector, any kind of city pool or county pool that's run by your city or county, those guys will tend to pay a little bit better than some of the private organizations will.
