This is an even richer version of Switzerland. That was my first impression. They share a common customs area. The Swiss military defends Liechtenstein. They use the Swiss franc. It's basically extremely integrated with Switzerland. Yeah, it's between Austria and Switzerland, but they definitely have much more ties with Switzerland.
