So tips for success, when we talk about what it takes to be a good librarian, I think it really depends on what aspect of librarianship that you're going into. There are technical services, there is reference, there is management. Technical services, of course, is cataloging, installing information repositories, creating, you know, catalog records. There is processing, there is, you know, a lot of things in technical services. There's also reference and people, which is what I do, and that is a fascinating aspect of my job. It's definitely worth, I enjoy my job, but I know technical services librarians that love their jobs as well, and I've done both. So I have been successful in both, and I've enjoyed doing both.
