Liberia

Liberia is known to have amazing stews to eat with rice, and there they call them soups, but it's a more thick substance that they have. One of my favorite stews that they make is something called beans. It's simply, they make butter beans, they boil them, and then they fry them with oil. They add chicken, they add fish, whatever you want or they want, and they mix it with rice. It is unbelievable. Other stews that are amazing are things called potato greens, cassava leaf, and toboggi. Toboggi is made from bitter ball, and so it's something to get used to, but it is awesome. You will truly miss the stews.
