I was super sensitive to the smells of the hospital. The chemo just increased my sense of smell so I would bring little like scentsy things um to like have by my nose because I would get super nauseated going to get checkups so that's something that I did that kind of helped me. It's good to focus on the positive and try to be as positive as you can but it's also okay to be sad that you have cancer like that's reasonable. It's okay to cry sometimes, it's okay to feel bad for yourself that you're missing out on opportunities that you wouldn't have missed out on if you hadn't been diagnosed. The majority of the time try to stay positive but like it's okay to to be sad sometimes and it's okay.
