So I personally have not been to Iran or Iran as they call it, but I served in Germany and met a lot of people from Iran and they're fun. A lot of them actually do speak English, that is pretty common. Something really cool, I'm sure you've seen dates before, you know that dehydrated fruit. And so if someone comes up to you and gives you a date in Iran, that is considered a universal sign of, hey, I want to be your friend, here's a date. Giving someone a date is considered a sign of friendship. I remember my mission that happened once and I kind of learned that, I was like, oh wow, that's really cool. So if anyone gives you a date while you're in Iran, just think, oh, they like you, I guess.
