So thankfully, I've never struggled with infertility, but I do have a best friend that struggles with that. And I wanted to just bring up this fact that not all infertility stories begin with the woman. So make sure that you don't assume that it's something that the woman is struggling with alone. A lot of times it can be their partner. It can also be something that maybe it's a very sensitive topic and something that you've never heard of before. I know that with my best friend, she's unable to talk about the issues because it's very sensitive to her husband. So it's very important that you make sure that you're not assuming anything about their situation and know that when they are ready to share, that they will share with you what's going on. And it's really important to be there for them and let them open up if they feel comfortable.
