Chicken feet and donkey tail soup. So, I mean, chicken feet they eat with like these fried bananas called plantains, and so they just fry the plantains and then they put these chicken feet on top of them. They typically just boil them and then put them on, and they're super bland, super disgusting, super scaly, definitely not something I love. And then donkey tail soup, well, you take a donkey tail, you skin, take the skin off of it and chop it up and put it in soup, and you just kind of suck the meat off the bones. One crazy food that they do have though that is pretty good is called mondongo soup, and it's cow intestine soup. And it tastes just like normal beef, other than it's really chewy. So that was, that was interesting, something definitely to get used to, but I think those were three foods that I had in Honduras.
