I think it's really cool that George Washington was so devout, I guess, to republicanism that he would not agree to be a king. So many people in America wanted him to be the king, but he did not want to because that would jeopardize the democratic republic that we have. He also stopped, or he stepped down after two terms to just set that precedent for the future, and I think that's really cool.
