So how to support if you are watching someone who's exhibiting symptoms of heat stroke. If they're carrying a load, if they have like a backpack on, remove that, get them into the shade, start pouring water on their limbs. I find that the wrists are a good spot, the neck, chest area. You want to get water into them if you can. If you have ice, getting ice in their armpits and kind of those soft areas is really good to immediately cool down the core temperature. That's the biggest thing that you want to do to help them is lower their core temperature and help it regulate itself.
