For most headaches, I think you can use like over-the-counter medications like Tylenol and Advil and that helps. Also just like making sure to get enough sleep each night. It's recommended to have eight hours of sleep and hydration. Something I have heard about is acupuncture. I've never tried it but I heard that that can work. And also adjusting your diet, so maybe avoiding like an excess of caffeine. Caffeine, especially when you're addicted and you stop for like a day, it can give you a huge headache because you've been relying on that substance.
