If you ever find yourself in Guatemala, I definitely recommend going to places. One would be Antigua Guatemala. This was an old capital city of Guatemala. Super vibrant culture, beautiful walkways, vibrant colored buildings, lots of little markets that you can go to, and super pretty views. It's in like a valley in between a ton of different volcanoes. The second one would be Tikal. If your budget allows you to take the extra flight to go up to the northern portion of Guatemala. It's a Mayan ruins, super amazing. I would recommend staying in a town called Flores. You can stay on an island that's in the middle of a lake called Lake Petén. I definitely recommend it, super fun nightlife.
