In Panajachel, which is a town right off of La Catedral, there's this really good pancake breakfast place that my family would always go eat at called Senor Jones. They have really amazing pancakes. The pancakes are like huge. They're the best thing ever and when you're in Guatemala and only eating eggs and tortillas and beans, it's like the best meal you've ever had in your life. So I'd eat at Senor Jones in Panajachel.
