They are called a wabadum. They don't have insane asylums in Ghana, so that's what they call crazy people. Some of them they'll tell you are possessed, others, different stories. They're just crazy people. You'll notice them. They walk around in ragged clothes. They literally just walk everywhere. And they're all a very distinct color of brown. They're clothing everything very dirty. They can look terrifying. They'll scream, they'll shout wide-eyed, but they will never hurt you. I've never seen them come close to touching someone. They'll chase you if you run, but they're harmless as far as that goes.
