There is a scripture that is found in the Bible, in Philippians, which says that I can do everything by the one who strengthens me. And in fact, it is really thanks to Jesus Christ that I was able to overcome all, not all, but that I can continue to make efforts to overcome my trials. And through prayer, I pray to God every day, every moment. Sometimes I live from minute to minute. Sometimes life is so difficult that it is all I can do to just focus on every minute. And I pray, I say, God, give me the strength to continue. And he gives it to me every time. And that's how he strengthens me, and sometimes he strengthens me through other people. He has various ways to help me.
