So if I had to choose between Aldi food brands and Walmart food brands, I would typically go with Aldi food brands. I'm not sure why but my head is very sensitive to certain kinds of foods. I get headaches very easily from things like citric acid and tyramine and there's just a lot of trigger foods. But for some reason I'll have basically the same product from Aldi as from Walmart and the ones from Walmart will give me a headache and the ones from Aldi will not often. It depends on the product but for example things like wheat thins or crackers, often the Aldi brand won't give me headache even though it seems like it's basically the same product as the Walmart brand. I kind of just wonder if Aldi is more organic or uses fewer pesticides. I'm not really sure what's causing the headache but I like Aldi food brands better.

If you really like mac and cheese, like Kraft mac and cheese, but you don't want to spend a ton of money, get one case of Food Club mac and cheese and one case of Kraft mac and cheese, and then just do one box of each together at the same time. Then you have twice the mac and cheese and it still tastes yummy, but it's a little bit cheaper.

For recommended food brands, just get the great value or equivalent thing at the store you're shopping at. It's often much cheaper and doesn't have a whole lot of difference. In fact, you can frequently doctor it up by adding some spices and stuff in order to make it taste even better than the name brands. Yeah.
