There is a branch of consumerism, like dedicated, maybe it's marketing for the consumer, dedicated. It's literally food science. It's like palatability of food. That's why Oreos taste so good because like the sweet cream with the hard cookie, it's just like a texture that's like very palatable. That's why pizza is so good. Soft toppings with a crispy crust, uh, cookies that are like crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Like the palatability of food is studied and is designed to make us eat more of it. And that's pretty interesting to me.
Apples and blueberries are a natural blood thinner, so if you don't want to have blood thinner, then maybe don't have mass quantities of these items.
