This is gonna sound crazy, but it's a favorite for me. If you make chicken salad sandwiches and you use greek yogurt instead of mayo, it almost tastes the same. And it's more protein, so you should try it.

I feel like blended fruit like applesauce for example can be a healthy substitute for things like oil and certain recipes. I also think on top of waffles or pancakes a lot of people get you know corn syrup, just kind of syrup that you get at the store that's not pure maple syrup, and I think it's a lot healthier and yummier in my opinion to put applesauce on it. You know no sugar added, just delicious.
Recently I have made the switch from like vegetable or canola oil to like pure olive oil. I don't really know why like people say to do that but that's a substitute that I've made for health reasons because the internet told me to so maybe I'll live 10 years longer because of that.
My big thing is like cottage cheese and like greek yogurt in place of like creamy sauces um and then also like honey in place of like sweetener but then i'm also not against using like stevia and stuff like that
A lot of times recipes will call for butter. A good alternative is olive oil.
