I always get a ton of energy from just like chicken and rice or like ground beef and rice. I think anything that can kind of fill me up pretty quickly helps me a lot especially because I usually have that like at school or during a long work day where I just like heat it up and I eat it and it's great and it gets me through the rest of the day so that's what helps me.

One food that I have been eating recently is cottage cheese, and it definitely boosts my energy. It makes me feel so good. I like to eat it just like as a dip, kind of, and I'll eat it with carrot sticks or crackers. I know people also put it in eggs. Um, it just feels really good when I eat it. It gives me energy, but I don't feel like very heavy. It's a pretty light, um, food, so I totally recommend it.

If I need an immediate energy boost, I will typically eat apples and peanut butter because it fills me up super fast and it gives me the energy that I need to move on in my life. I'm actually eating an apple, let me right now. But yeah, it's super easy and just super filling. I feel like I get the most hungry during the day if I don't eat a good breakfast. So I will typically like meal prep something that will give me a lot of energy. Recently it's been these like power muffins and like you could literally look it up and find any kind of power muffin recipe you want, but they're full of like peanut butter and bananas and just like things that will fill you up and they smell and taste so good. And those are big energy boosters to like kind of start the day. Another, I guess more of like a snack, snack that's been great recently are cliff bars. Cause I'm never home. I'm like always on the go. And so I just like throw it in my backpack. And if I eat one, I can stay full and have energy for a lot longer than if I were to eat like any other kind of granola bar. So those have been working for me.

One food that boosts my energy is breakfast burritos, homemade specifically. What I do is I take a little bit of sausage, drain it, or cook it, drain it, then I load it up with veggies and eggs and it makes a really great and healthy breakfast food.
