A couple favorite family recipes. So my wife makes this delicious thing we call it waffle quesadillas. So it's basically just a quesadilla that you cook in a waffle maker and you know you can have cheese and beans or meat or whatever you want in it but it just tastes really good cooked in a waffle maker. You know with that texture and just makes it really crispy and delicious. Speaking of waffles another favorite recipe is bacon and cheese waffles where you mix a bunch of bacon bits and cheese into the batter and then cook it as a waffle that's super yummy. Another favorite recipe is something my mom makes called egg wiggle. It's hard-boiled eggs that are all diced up in this kind of gravy that you put on toast and eat it. It's so good.

One of my favorite treats that my mom made as a kid was her snickerdoodles. I don't know, she was just like a master at like learning how to bake them so she would pull them out like a little doughy so then they would set overnight and it'd be perfectly soft the next day. So good. I wish I knew what the recipe was, I would share it so others could partake but just homemade snickerdoodles, particularly my mom's, are so good.

One of my favorite family recipes is probably this sweet and sour chicken that we have and my mom makes a lot. It is just like it sounds, it's like sweet and sour chicken, but I've never tasted sweet and sour chicken better anywhere else. I haven't been able to find anything that matches up to that one. It just feels like light, it's not too heavy, but it has so much flavor in it and it is so good.

Growing up we had a Monday night homemade pizza tradition where my mom would do like dough from scratch and that's probably my favorite family recipe, my mom's pizza.
