I feel like I've only had like green bean casserole but it's good and it's like pretty cheap and easy to do too. I think it's like cream of mushroom soup and you can throw like chicken in there, top it with like corn flakes and green beans and like bake it and it's very good.
So, the definition of a casserole is, as Google puts it, a kind of stew or side dish that is cooked slowly in an oven. Now, the other day my wife made a fantastic rigatoni casserole. Italian, basically pasta, that was baked. Baked pastas are always fantastic. Another great type of casserole is a potato casserole. Yeah, lasagna is a type of casserole. That's fantastic. Lasagna is amazing. But I think my all-time favorite casserole is peach cobbler.
My favorite casserole is probably my mom's breakfast casserole. I don't know what specifically it's called, but all I know is it has eggs and sausage and stuff in it and it's very, very good.
