One of my favorite meals right now is to do, like, ground beef over, like, rice and sweet potato, but season the beef so it's a little spicy, but then top the whole thing in, uh, honey. And it's really good with potatoes, or sweet potatoes, too, because it's kind of that, like, starchy combo with, like, the sweet and savory, so it's good texture, like, tons of protein, like, all-natural, whole foods, like, super good. I really love it.

One of my favorite healthy meals that I've been eating a lot of is like chicken and rice bowls, but I'll do like there's this coconut jasmine rice that you can get at like any store basically. I just like buy frozen chicken breasts and then I cook my own chicken and I'll usually just do like basic spices but then I add this like Japanese or Korean barbecue, I don't remember which one it is, but some type of like barbecue sauce that's like kind of like soy sauce also and then I'll cook that with the chicken and then grill up some vegetables and then mix it all together and it's super good and you can definitely do leftovers.

My favorite healthy meal we've been making recently is us baking chicken. You just take frozen chicken, you marinate it, you let it sit for a little bit, and then you just throw it in the oven. And then you dice it up and just put it in a prepared salad. And you can choose whatever flavor you want. You can flavor your chicken however you want it. We just did the Walmart salads that are like three dollars and you have a whole meal for three dollars and however much it is to buy chicken in your area. So we really like that right now.
