Flag Football

This one is pretty obvious, I feel like, but I feel like something that helped me the most was definitely just scrimmaging. I think it just drills are always good and there's always good things that come from any type of coaching, but I think it's different when you're actually playing as if you were to play in a real game. That's just what helped me the most, try and get the hang of playing the sport and then trying to improve myself just being in a real life setting of it.
