My favorite fitness program that I've tried out is called Aubrey and Liv. They are two fitness girls that are based in Utah and they launched a fitness program this year and I've done it almost the whole year and I love it so much. It's mainly a weightlifting focused program but it's really straightforward, really easy to follow and I think anyone who starting out it's easy to follow but anyone who has also been in their fitness journey for a long time it's a great program to use. So they're called Aubrey and Liv.

There's a man on social media, I think he calls himself Knees Over Toes Guy, and he's all about like, you know, a lot of workouts are taught not to let your knees go over your toes, like on lunges and stuff, because that can hurt your knees, but he actually challenges that, and he does exercises where his knees go as far forward as they can, which is kind of unconventional, but, and he has a fitness program that goes along with this, and I only have a little bit of experience with it, but I've heard it's very helpful and beneficial to those who have knee problems like myself. And so actually, this review is a good one for Knees Over Toes Guy, you should check him out.

One program I've done is Jump Attack by Tim Grover. It was originally developed for Michael Jordan and it's a really great program. It's a very difficult program. It's set up in about three different phases and so the first phase is like patterning your body and figuring out the neuromuscular pathways so that you can perform the rest of the functions properly and then you just kind of build up throughout the other two phases. Very difficult program especially within that first phase because it's a lot of holding positions which can feel very tedious but it's very smart the way that he has it set up. It's very challenging and time-consuming. It's a 90-day program and luckily they do have rest weeks built in and that's super important and Tim Grover forces you to take rest days and rest weeks but it's definitely an advanced program so if you want to start it I think it's great but just be aware that that's going to be a very difficult starting point.

I found this YouTube channel called Fitness Blender a few years ago and I am in love with their videos. They're super, um, I guess they have like lots of different difficulty levels and they have like low impact workouts, they have workouts for every part of your body, but also like different styles of exercise, which I think is really cool, and they just have a lot of free content, which is awesome. Um, they do have like subscription programs that you can pay for, but I have found pretty much everything I need on YouTube and it's all free and it's awesome. So I would recommend Fitness Blender.

So I've been going to the gym for about a year, I've seen some great gains, and my friend, I use his account on AthleanX, A-T-H-L-E-N as in Nancy, E space X. Incredible. Those workouts will kill you, even if you're experienced at the gym, because my buddy is, and it is absolutely insane. One of the best workout regimes I've ever had, probably it is the best, and I don't think anything's going to top it. I've tried a

So the only fitness program I've done, like official fitness program, is P90X. That's a good, really good one. I really enjoyed it. I was able to do the full 90 days because I actually started doing some other stuff, but it's really effective. The big thing for me was just the time it takes. It's almost like an hour a day and adding in before getting ready for the workout and after it felt like an hour and a half a day. So I did it for like two, I did it for like a month and a half, two months, but then I just did something that I could do a little quicker and still feel like I was getting something similar out of it. But P90X, it's a good one, but again, I think with apps coming out and workout apps, those are what I prefer now and those have been a better option for me.
