One of my favorite workouts to do is called high fitness. It's a group workout class. I know that they offer it all across the country and so you can see where the classes are offered that are local to you. I really like doing it because it's a high intensity workout and it's high energy, the music's fun, the routines are fun. It's something I wouldn't recommend doing multiple times a week just because too much high intensity cardio can be not good for you and put too much stress on your body, but I love doing it once a week because it's just something fun to look forward to.

I'm a little biased but my favorite workout is surfing. I grew up surfing competitively and there's just something so nice about being out in the ocean and just surfing. It's the best and the cardio is great. You work out your shoulders and your back a lot too so that's great workout for that and it's just very peaceful and calming for the mind and on top of it you most likely get tan too so that's definitely a plus for if you can surf somewhere near you.

I know that this isn't necessarily a workout, but I wrestled in high school and I remember that the best shape I've ever been in in my whole life was when I was wrestling. I could run forever and I wouldn't get tired. It was pretty crazy how much cardio I had because of wrestling. So if you want to have good cardio, start wrestling.

I love playing sports for workouts, like pickleball. It's so fun and it's such a good workout.

Some of my favorite workouts to do are to go outside and run. Right now it's really cold, it's the winter time, and so I also love doing HIIT workouts. And I usually just find them on YouTube. There's a few different people that I subscribe to and I love doing their HIIT style workouts. And I know that you can do a lot of HIIT workouts at like your local recreation center or find them through other local groups. But I just find it's a really fun way to get your body moving and I really love doing it.

My favorite thing to do for working out is definitely walking. It clears my mind. I can walk for long distances and just think and enjoy being outside.
Video 7 Transcript
Some of my favorite workouts are swimming. I think it's just a great overall body exercise and really just gets every part of your body. Such a good workout and you can get a lot done in a short amount of time. And my other favorite, which is way more fun, is doing Just Dance. I just think it's so much fun and you can do it in a group or by yourself and you don't have to worry about what you look like when you're dancing because nobody looks good doing Just Dance. But it's just fun to do.

A lot of people want to train and get better at pull ups. One thing you can do is do so go from like a wide grip to a very narrow grip and then a chin up and do like a circuit where you go like one very wide one pull up really wide take like a 30 second break do two a little bit more in than like three four like five and then like six or seven depending on how far you go in it's like seven chin ups at the end you go back out six five four three two one and you just adjust your width as you go if you do that like once or twice in the whole round going back and forth that's a really just nice quick workout especially you can increase your pull-up reps I saw results that within like two weeks being able to really increase my reps but that's just one thing that I've always enjoyed doing.

One of my favorite workouts, I just recently got done with a leg day here today, and I don't know if you're familiar with it but there's a pendulum squat machine and I like to do like a Bulgarian split squat variation of it where I put one of my legs up there on the platform for the pendulum squat and then one leg behind and then do that Bulgarian split squat and oh my goodness it's probably the best pump I have had in my quads. It hurts but it hurts good.

I recently have been getting into calisthenics and which has been super fun. I'm just kind of learning how to do like handstands and planches and front lever and stuff like that. This has been fun to kind of work out in a different way to be able to like train for a specific technique or a specific kind of trick. So it's just been kind of fun to be able to see my progress in doing that. So if you're not into calisthenics, I would recommend starting it because it's kind of fun.
Video 11 Transcript
One of my favorite things to do that I have seen the most like progress from has been working out my shoulders. I've noticed like more definition in my shoulders but I've also noticed like more strength come from strengthening that. So work out your shoulders.

My favorite workout would be tricep pulldowns, just because triceps make up like most of your arm, it's like two-thirds of your arm. And so for me, my arm just looks bigger when I hit the, when I hit triceps and I love it.

For me, it's definitely got to be the, just like all the classics, like the classic like compound exercises, at least for the gym, for building strength and exercise, including benching and any variation of that. And also squatting. Deadlift is great. I haven't done that a lot recently, but especially squatting and benching good for legs and chest and all of those.

The core lifts, the big three, deadlifts, squats, bench press, it's pretty satisfying to increase the weights you can lift on those because it just makes you feel really good and it shows that your overall body strength is increasing, which is really nice. Other than that, I would say running, even though I'm not much of a runner, I cannot run super long distances, but just doing something simple like running a mile, maybe two or three if you're up for that, or longer, it's just rewarding. It makes you feel good about yourself and it is really good for you. Getting stronger, just lifting weights in general, maybe some bicep curls, maybe leg extensions, like press, putting up big numbers, it's a very good feeling doing that for yourself and I really enjoy it, but all of those are probably some of my favorite workouts.
Video 15 Transcript
My favorite workout recently has been the incline chest press. I really feel the upper pecs exploding after doing this workout. I think it's a really good way you can improve your overall pushing strength and your bench numbers will go up.

I like to do CrossFit. It's super fun. My favorite is called the Murph. It's after Mike Murphy, a Marine SEAL that passed. And you run a mile, and then you do 300 squats, 200 push-ups, and 100 pull-ups. I can't do pull-ups, so I just do balberdumbo rows. But you do that, and then you run another mile at the end. My family and I do it every year on the 4th of July. It's a great tradition we have, and I think it's just one of my favorites. It gets your whole body. It kills you. It's great.

One of my favorite workouts is to do like a kind of interval run. I don't really like long distance running very much, but if I can run really fast, like sprints kind of in spurts, it feels more manageable. And I usually do on a treadmill. So I do like, I don't know, I'll kind of do every different every time, but I'll do like two minutes, the fastest that I can run. And then I'll take it down a little bit slower than that and run a minute and then I'll take it down even slower than that and do another minute. And then I'll go back up to the fastest I can run for two minutes and I'll kind of just like cycle through it and do it like five or six times. It's a good workout.

The best workout is number one, do some weights, the heaviest amount you can do, as many reps as you can, one set only for each exercise. Second, is to then go swimming. Third, do some boxing drills and sparring. And then fourth, finishing it off by being extremely hot and humid sauna. Just sweat it off, take a break and then go back in again, take a break and go back in again. After this, get some water, take a big old nap, and wake up feeling amazing.
Video 19 Transcript
My favorite workout is the flat bench. Um, I like it because it targets your chest. It's a good compound movement and chest is my favorite muscle to hit. And I also like hitting triceps as well. So tricep pulldowns is a really good isolation movement for your triceps. So those are my two favorite workouts.
Video 20 Transcript
Another fun workout I really like that replaces running is walking on an incline. If you've ever heard of the 12-3-30, walk on an incline of 12 per speed of 3 for 30 minutes. That's really good cardio.
Video 21 Transcript
I think one of my favorite workouts is probably the bench press. It's a cool way for guys, especially, to compete with other guys. You get kind of caught up in trying to be able to lift more weight than other guys, to your friends or whoever it is. And it's just a good way to kind of feel good about yourself. Obviously, there's other workouts where you can grow stronger and you can lift more weight, but I feel like the bench press is just a really good one.
Video 22 Transcript
My favorite workout is on the treadmill. I like to walk for 30 minutes at four speed and a 10 level incline and throughout the workout I kind of alternate my speed and the incline so I can do a little bit of running but I think it's a great way to get your body moving and you burn a lot of calories when you're walking at the 10 incline.
Video 23 Transcript
One of my favorite workouts is back workout, like pull-up and like dumbbell rows or like lat pull-down Just like anything that engage my back. I really love doing it. And other thing is chest workout like bench press And like dumbbell press like chest flies. I love to do them
Video 24 Transcript
If you're trying to work your triceps and you want to do tricep kickbacks, I strongly recommend not doing that and instead just using a cable, like on a little adjustable cable machine, you know, like you'd use for pulldowns or something. You can adjust the height of where the pulley is, then you can have tension throughout the entire range of motion and not just at the very end with a kickback where it's the easiest. So say no to tricep kickbacks with a dumbbell, say yes to them with a cable machine.
Video 25 Transcript
My favorite workout to do is probably a bit controversial, but I love running. Running just feels so good to me and I love it because you're able to feel like you get a good workout in and it's also a good way to like release stress and just kind of think about things. So I love running. It's super good. It's not always super fun, but it has a lot of good benefits. So running's great.
