I think my favorite stretches really for anything is something with the hamstrings. I mean, body feels good after it. There's so many different stretches you can do. Really just look up online. It's not that hard to find stretches. Honestly, you can just look up online, you know, stretch routine, or for the hamstrings just helps you feel your body feel more opened up. Also, back stretches are really nice, also because I have a bad back. But those are just some things that you can take a look at if you want to start getting into stretching. It's pretty self-explanatory, but if not, those are some great places you can go. Just the internet, look up hamstring stretches or stretch routine.

So my favorite stretches hip flexor stretches and it's basically where you you put one leg up like you're in the other way You get in like a lunging position so one leg is at a 90-degree angle like this and then the other leg is at a 90-degree angle forming like It's on your knees on the ground with this leg. So you've got one knee on the ground With your foot facing away from you. You've got your other leg up with your foot on the ground forming like a 90-degree angle and then you basically just lean into the leg where the foot is on the ground So you're pushing into it and it kind of stretches out your hip flexor at least for me I have pretty tight hips because I injured my hips a few years ago and that It is painful if you do it, right But it does feel really good just like any other good stretch same with quad flexes like quad extensions You lay down on your back put your foot underneath you with your toes on the floor in the lean back

I think my favorite stretch, the stretch I find most success with and me doing the most, is the hamstring stretch. So I usually kick up my leg on something like a chair or something and then try to put my head to my knee with keeping my leg straight. It really helps loosen up those muscles and also helps relieve some of that lower back pain if you're ever dealing with it.

Tomato soup tastes really good when it, uh, you dump a massive, like, triple stacked grilled cheese sandwich into it, so that's my favorite soup. The soup that covers grilled cheese sandwiches.

My favorite stretch in the whole world is child's pose, probably because my back always hurts, so it always feels super nice.

So one of my favorite stretches to do is, I don't even know if this technically qualifies as a stretch, but I love using a foam roller to roll out my legs or muscles or whatever is sore, because it is just really good for the muscles and at the same time afterwards you feel a lot better than you did before. It helps a lot with tightness and anything that's sore that hurts, so foam rolling is pretty good.

This one really helps my calves. I just put my foot up against the wall at an angle, and then I press down on it, and yeah, it stretches the calf. It's pretty good.

One of my favorite stretches is pigeon pose. It really gets those hamstrings. It's really good. It feels awesome if you've been doing any kind of leg work or even if you haven't. It just feels great and there's a lot of ways to modify it so that it's more or less difficult.

For all of those over the age of 18 and play, you know, pretty high contact sports, such as, you know, basketball, football, you know, volleyball, anything, anything where your knees are in extreme use and you're on your feet all this all the time. After you get about the age of 18, if you continue to play, you know, a pretty high level years after, your knees really start to wear down, especially if you don't stretch. I definitely recommend, you know, to preserve your knees. I still battle with tendonitis in one knee and have for several years now and never hasn't really gone away. It's because I really haven't stretched and I haven't been the key ones are, you know, your hamstrings, your quads, your groin, and especially jump stretching the the patellar tendon in your knee. Make sure to warm that up before any physical activity and you'll be good for years to come.

I love doing any stretch that stretches out my hips. So there's like the figure four stretch where you stack, where you put one leg on your knee and then pull like your ankle on your knee and then you pull it towards you or stacking your shins. So it's almost like crisscross applesauce but not quite. Your shins are stacked and that really stretches my hips for me. Or when you do the barbie on the beach, I don't know if anyone's ever heard of that, but it's like one leg is out front in front of you and the other one comes across it and then you twist opposite. Yeah, so those are my favorite. Anything to stretch my hips, I love.
