Costs of living in Finland vary on the area where you live in. For instance, Helsinki metropolitan area is definitely the most expensive area since it is the capital area. Some examples for prices could be like a carton of milk being a little bit over one euro and if you go for a lunch in an average restaurant could be somewhere between 10 to 20 euros depending what you're having. On public transportation like the ticket for a single ride in Helsinki it's about three euro maybe some cents like 20, 3.20. Gas is rather expensive, taxes are high.
