You do need to find what works for you though. I love my teas. I am ashwagandha. I love dearly St. John's wort. Helps with my, just keeping my mood in check. Chamomile at bedtime and lavender. I do them all. I love my teas and I love my various, I don't do many of the pill forms of anything, but I do a lot of my herbal teas. Find what works for you.

I've tried a lot of things over the years. There are two things that I found that really helped me. One is MSM. It's an over-the-counter supplement. It helps to release the toxins from the cells that are causing the pain, sometimes. And CBD. I've gotten a lot of relief with CBD and massage and chiropractic. I need to have a good massage every now and then, but you definitely need to find somebody who's not deep-tissue.

Honestly, for me, I use a mixture of supplements. In the mornings, I use turmeric and that's supposed to help with joint pain and swelling. I also use arnica, also helps with the joint pain and swelling. I use valerian root, melatonin, and CBD to help with sleeping. The combination of all of those does help me get through my day and help me at night to sleep. If I didn't use those with the medications I was prescribed, I don't think that my whole regimen would work.

I take about 10 milligrams every morning of CBD. I take it as a gummy. It's, if you google Martha Stewart CBD gummies, you will find them. Sometimes I take another one in the evening. If they were cheaper or covered by insurance, I would probably take three of them a day, which would be 30 milligrams. The gummies help me with pain. They have helped me to cut down the amount of ibuprofen that I take, and they also help me with my anxiety.

I take several supplements. I take vitamin D. I take B. I'm starting Boswella, which worked for me in the past, but I just lost track of it. I use zinc if I feel a cold coming on, and a multivitamin. A woman's over 50 multivitamin every day. I'm thinking that I've always been low in D, and that probably is the most helpful, but I try to take those every day, and I'm open to any advice on a supplement that might help.
