Early on in my journey with fibromyalgia, I learned that there are some things that you can do to help with some of the connective tissue issues and nerve pain that you may experience. A part of that has to do with exercise and I learned that some stretching exercises and things like that could possibly help and if that may be of interest to you, you may want to look into some stretching exercises if that is something that you could be interested in and if it could benefit you.
