Okay, so overall I heard the people described as coconuts, that hard on the outside, gushy on the inside, and I found that that's true. But the most beautiful thing is that on the bus you can become best friends with someone in literally two minutes. They will open up to you. I had so many deep, very personal conversations right on the bus and all I did was ask how they were doing. So just be personable, be loving, and they will open up to you. They're just such tender moments that can happen on a bus or on a street because they're very honest, they're very real, and so if you ask them how they're doing, you know, many people would say, I'm awful right now, let me tell you why. And then just listen and be their friend, show them love, show them respect, and they'll love you back for that.
