There's one kind of crazy food that I tried in Estonia. It's not super crazy, but it's just a little weird. They take frozen or, excuse me, set up cold gelatinous, um, like meat gelatin, like you would find in a broth or something like that, and they would make a mold out of it and put things in it, like little bits of meat or vegetables. They'd let it cool so it's like that jello-y texture. They'd flip it over and they'd cut it, you, a piece like a pie. So you're eating this pie of like jello, like a jello piece, but it's savory. It's made out of bone broth and things like that, and it has little pieces of meat and vegetables in it. Not the biggest fan. The texture was a little strange, but it was definitely a good experience.
