My number one tip for managing employees is to go read the book Anatomy of Peace. Kind of structured in a way of more parenting children, but how the book is written and really the principles gained there I think can also apply to running a business. And not that I'm saying running a business like managing children, but we can joke about that another time. It's managing people and it gives great ideas and a framework for what I believe is the right way, not to say it's the only way, but a right way to manage people in general. And so that's been something I've used and I've leveraged and it really is more of a collaborative process than a dictatorship type of mentality. And so that's something that's been helpful to me.
