Some of the symptoms that I've personally experienced with endometriosis are a lot of pain in the pelvic region, a lot of cramping. I will experience fatigue and nausea a lot of the time. The symptoms come on pretty suddenly too, so it's not something that I would normally expect. Another symptom that can be common with endometriosis is infertility, so a lot of times people with endometriosis will have a harder time getting pregnant.
