One of the things that's really helped me manage the pain within the past year at least, I had been prescribed pretty much every type of birth control to manage endometriosis and just painful period pain since I was a teenager. And birth control has never helped me. There's two products that are two medications that are on the market to help with endometriosis that didn't help me either. So I really did a lot of research on what can help naturally. There's the anti-inflammatory diet, which is restricting foods that inflame your body, and that has shown me the most relief. Just limiting certain types of meats, breads, sugar, dairy, but definitely provides relief.
