I guess we put it into a couple categories, maybe three. So attendance is big on construction sites. They want you to be there, they want you to be there on time, they want you to be there until the end of the work time. And sometimes there's personality conflicts, like you have to work with certain people and sometimes the foreman or the boss or someone in charge may not mesh with you. So there's that. And so the other thing is, it can be some hard work. Like if you don't want to physically work hard, sometimes it becomes something that's not for you. And so those are the reasons that come to mind when someone asks me why electricians quit.
