I've noticed that my eczema was always the worst when my allergies were at their worst. Mine was tied to those allergies. I would get them on my shins and legs and also on my hands and what helped me was going to the dermatologist with a topical cream, a topical cortisone steroid type cream and taking my allergy medicines helped reduce those symptoms.

I feel like just paying attention to what you put into your body has a big effect on like even other things like acne or just like just dry skin in general. Lots of fruits and vegetables, whole foods, maybe avoiding dairy a little bit. But some people do dairy just fine especially like raw dairy so like that's definitely up to you. I know for me a big one is like when I wear like a watch or certain clothes that like get wet or something and then like that like chafes on like my arms or my wrists or things like that, that can kind of cause like a little eczema spike. So just making decisions um that are like good in the sense of if it hurts your skin, stop doing it. I just think that's important to keep in mind.
