If you have like super bad eczema and you need like a topical or something like that to help get it under control, do that. But then also kind of just like tracking your food in the sense of like, okay I noticed my diet was a bit heavier in dairy this week and I had more inflammation. I noticed I ate more fruits and vegetables and it went down and things like that. So diet might not be a cure-all, but tracking your food is going to be really important.
