The sun can be a flare for a lot of skin conditions, especially kind of autoimmune connected tissue skin diseases, and then diet is a big part of, you know, life in general, and I think that's one area of dermatology we don't understand quite as well, but we're starting to understand that there are certain, you know, triggers that can contribute to acne. Things actually like skim milk has been associated with increased acne, and then a diet that has a high glycemic index or a still kind of there's still emerging evidence about that, and then just in general like a diet with a lot of inflammatory foods, fried foods, processed foods has been associated with certain skin conditions, like things like psoriasis, that's kind of an elevated inflammatory state, so just in general avoiding excess of sunlight, eating a good healthy diet are all things that are going to be helpful for the skin.
