I think the two most important principles of skin care are, number one, sun protection. You know, there are some benefits of sun exposure. Vitamin D, and like I mentioned before, can help with treating certain skin conditions. But in general, we as a, you know, society have way too much sun exposure, which can lead to, you know, increased skin cancer, and also just, you know, changes to our skin that most people wouldn't want, which are, you know, discoloration, brown spots, dark spots, even light spots, and then also wrinkling. So, but the most important thing you can do to protect your skin is just to cover up, sunscreen, hats, seek shade, avoid the most intense hours of the day of UV exposure, which is, you know, between like 10 in the morning, three in the afternoon. And then also, you know, find a good moisturizer that you like to keep your skin nice and hydrated. Those are the two, I think, most important things you can do to help protect and keep your skin healthy.
