For me, it was like a, like a snap moment. Like it just was from night to day sort of thing, but there was, there was definitely some stuff leading up to it that, uh, precipitated the issue. I think that some of what caused it for me may have had to do with like lack of sleep and a lot of stress, but, uh, there's no way to know for sure. For me, at least I just, I'm not sure there's maybe there's genetics and in my, some of my family has depression. There's a history that my family, so that, that may be it, but yeah, overall, I'm not, I'm not entirely sure.

I thought what might have triggered my depression might have been the bad relationship I was in previously and financial issues at the time.

I think the thing about depression is that there's really not one particular cause. For me, I feel like my depression was caused by my mom passed away when I was 13, and I feel like that kind of led into, you know, the grieving process kind of led into depressive episodes and depression. And so I think it's, in some people it's genetic, in some people it's just, it just happens, it's a part of life, and so I think realizing that there's not one specific cause for it is really important when it comes to depression.

I think the causes of depression are multiple and I do think that when you're looking at the depressed person you've got to look at it as a puzzle and go and treat all the bodies which the physical body would be part of it would be the chemical portion and then the mental part would be of course your brain and your how you synapse if you have enough serotonin and then emotional how much trapped emotion you've stuck down from trauma when you were young or even when you're older and not working through some of that trauma could cause depression also spiritual sometimes there's adversarial pressures or opposing negative entities that are around you that can pull you down low especially when you're already low and I think that when you have discouragement and then you let it balloon into depression and then into despair then that's when it's really hard so you can practice thought control and that's part of it too.

Depression can be caused by a lot of different things, whether it's a chemical imbalance, a traumatic event, a longed trauma or abuse of any kind. It can also just be hormonal. It can also be very situational. Some people get diagnosed with depression and then that only lasts a couple years because their situation changes. So there's lots of different causes and the best thing to do is find out your cause because not everyone has the same cause.
